Refund policy

We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our products, that we’re willing to offer a 14 day risk free money back guarantee. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 14 days of making a purchase.

 

   Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first by sending email to customercare@marmiz.com and providing order number . Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorisation.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

     Circumstances of rejection 

  • the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed;
  • the seal and MARMIZ tags are not attached to the product(s) or have not been returned. Please note that the MARMIZ seal tags constitute an integral part of each product; and/or
  • you have not returned any packaging which is considered an integral part of a product such as the thanks card and box package .

You will be informed if we propose to reduce or not accept your refund for this reason. In this instance, you may (as an alternative to us providing you with a reduced refund) or choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense

All returns should be requested before you send your item(s) back to us to allow for easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.  

Items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or delay by customs .

    Payment  Refund :

Refunds will only be processed after the item(s) returned have been approved. After approval, we will issue a refund of the full face value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges and cash handling fees).

Your refund will be processed via the following methods:

  • Cash on Delivery payments are refunded as store credit.
  • Stripe payments will be refunded in accordance with the vendors terms and conditions.

       Exchange :

 To exchange your purchase for an alternative size, style or color (subject to availability when you receive verification for your return). Simply return it for a refund and purchase the new item separately. Do this after verification of return.
