Preorder terms and conditions

These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of PREORDERS (“Pre-Order" / “Preorder”) by customers (“Customers”, “You”) with MARMIZ (“we”, “ us”, or “MARMIZ”) for our products ("Products"). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your preorder of any MARMIZ Products. By submitting your preorder, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

 

SECTION 1. Preorder Reservation

When placing a preorder for MARMIZ Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current.

MARMIZ shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information.

You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to customercare@marmiz.com

You acknowledge and agree that MARMIZ may decline or delay preorders to avoid oversubscription or as it deems appropriate, provided that we will make efforts to inform you, and that you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.

SECTION 2. Payment

You will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of placing the Preorder. If MARMIZ is unable to fulfill your preorder under any unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances - MARMIZ shall process a full refund to you. 

SECTION 3. Purchase Price

The purchase price ("Price") at the point that the preorder was made is fixed and locked and will be the sole basis for price considerations should a need for exchange of item or refund arises from a cancelled preorder.

SECTION 4. Delivery Schedule

Although we will make efforts to ensure that preorders are delivered within the estimated time of delivery (ETD), you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) is only an estimate, is subject to change, and MARMIZ does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date.  

As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, MARMIZ is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. 

SECTION 5. Cancellation

Preorders are deemed final and may not be cancelled by the Customer once production has started. You may however choose to return your product, after receiving it. All returns are bound by our Return Policy .

In the event that MARMIZ cancels your preorder, you will receive a full refund of the purchase Price without interest and free from any processing fees.
